		<description>I definitely agree that an ideas don't bring success.  But what people don't realize is that another idea is needed to make that initial idea a successful business.  A great product idea is cool, but you also need a great idea to execute that product.  This means that multiple ideas are required in the entire process.  It's just our habit to just focus on the first conceptual idea.</description>
