Post Your Problem Get a Solution - Fellow Force an Innovation Network
I came across a new innovation network, Fellow Force, on the Connected Collective Innovation blog.

The concept behind Fellow Force is that organizations post their problems and anyone can pitch a solution. The organization then selects the best solution and rewards a prize. This is basically like a job board only instead of making a proposal you give your idea to the organization.
Potential Problems with Fellow Force:
1. Organizations take your idea without paying. When you signup you agree to a contract that says you will not do this. Time will only tell if this becomes a problem or not.
2. Innovators and Designers waste their time. Instead of just proposing to do something and then losing the contract, you can do the whole thing a still lose the contract. This is the risk you take when you participate. Hopefully many of the problems posted will require expertise and ideas and not large amounts of hours. My suggestions would be to stick to the conceptual problems.
Either way there is a great opportunity here for both organizations and innovators.
As a side note, it appears that Fellow Force is still working out some technical issues. I signed up for an account and received a confirmation email. When I tried to confirm I received an error.
